Making Money Writing Blogs and Articles

Thanks everyone for your comments. I've tried many of the ways that folks suggest to make money, such as using Google AdSense, Adwords, writing articles, etc. but I still have not made much money yet - in fact just a few dollars. However, I have spent hundreds of dollars now with Google AdWords, and still nothing. I've signed up and have plenty of affiliate links, but I haven't made a dime from any of those either.

Currently I have also been using ClickBank, LinkShare, Commission Junction, and Google Affiliate links, none of these have made a dime. I check every day and I'm still at 0 commissions.

Another thing I've been working on is bidding on jobs through Guru.com and Elance.com. I have juet to pick up any business at all. I felt I bid pretty low, but still nothing.

If anyone out there has a FREE way of bringing in traffic or can let me know what I'm doing wrong, I'm open to any suggestions. I'm not looking for some new way to make money with something to buy, but rather someone out there who has MADE money blogging, writing articles, or writing just about anything else online that has made money.

I'd love to get going with making money online and it's taking too long.
